Profit.ro IMM Event – Solutions for survival in the crisis and opportunities for growth. 3rd Edition

  • The difficult economic and political context affects entire sectors of activity, which see their businesses and financial situation turned upside down by inflation, continuously rising costs of energy and raw materials, problems in supply chains, volatility in markets and significant increase in funding.
  • The shock of such developments is felt much more strongly by small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, caught, as always, in the middle of the crisis, with capitalization problems, without financial buffers and with difficulties in applying coherent and predictable business plans in periods of uncertainty.
  • In addition to the uncertainty of future developments, the majority of SMEs are worried about the decrease in domestic demand, along with the slowdown in economic growth, but also about the chronic problems in the economy for many years: bureaucracy, high and changing taxation.
  • In such a context, they must find solutions to cope with wage pressures, the need to attract, train and retain employees and the need to invest to keep up with technology.
  • Everything, at a time when we have said goodbye to cheap money, when capital is becoming more and more expensive, the financing taken in the past is increasingly difficult to repay, and the new ones increasingly more expensive.
  • What can SMEs do to avoid becoming victims of the crisis? With what strategies and solutions can they manage to capitalize on opportunities for growth and internationalization, not just emergency recipes for survival?
  • Which sectors are most likely to produce winners capable of sustaining economic growth? What will be the hot spots of innovation in local entrepreneurship?
  • What is the future of financing that can continue to support the development of SMEs, even in conditions of very high interest rates, to counter double-digit inflation?
