This course aims to provide the participants:

  • mechanisms necessary to implement the Healthy program of aquisitions;
  • general and specific controls that can be implemented in the process of acquisition, reception and monitoring;
  • identify the main patterns of “errors” and specific sector procurement fraud.

Competencies developed:

At the end of the course every participant will know the stages of procurement and the challenges related with; holds the notions regarding the risks in procurement; definition of internal controls that can be implemented at the organisation to reduce de risk.
